My Dears, Words cannot alone express how sorry I am to hear this news. Please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of Tony.I am really sorry to write in delay but I did not know about it. I lost my husband three years ago.But one of the things that helped me through his disease progression was my family's help.I live together my younger douther (Ewa)now. If you decided to visit Poland one day our doors will be open for you,it will be very nice to see you again. I don't know when I will join my lovely Feliks, because of my sickness but it would be my pleasure to have you over here in Slupsk. God bless you dears. My thoughts and best wishes are with you. Take care,I will pray for you. Wladyslawa Czerniak (Zamorska)

Please pass this Prayer Request to as many Christians and Churches as possible***(Terrorist plotting against the U.S,Taliban,Bath Party officials, those caught in the battlefield fighting against U.S troops and enemies of the U.S).When these enemies are caught by the U.S,Pray GOD makes all these enemies tell the truth about everything they know, holding nothing back when talking to U.S interigators.Pray all these enemies of the U.S are forced to tell the truth about everything they know when asked by U.S interigators, just like Demons were forced to to the truth when they were asked questions by JESUS and the apostles in the old testament.....Many in the Liberal media pretend to be objective and unbiased, but they are not objective and they are biased.Pray GOD makes all bias liberals in the media tell the truth to their American audience always.Pray they will not have any control of themselves and won't be able to deceive the American people anymore. No more covering up,and no more hiding the truth...Liberals in the government deceive people and use the liberal media to cover for them.Pray liberals in our government will not be able to lie to,or deceive the American people anymore.Pray GOD makes all liberals in our government tell the truth to the American people,no more covering up,and no more hiding the truth.Pray they will have no control over themselves and will not be able to lie, or deceive the American people no more.Pray GOD makes them tell the truth the way He makes demons tell the truth In JESUS Name.***Please pass this Prayer Request to as many Chuches and Christians as possible.***

A big man, a big heart and such a gentle voice. I was at Dundee University with Tony, have not seen him or been in touch since 1976, but I have been touched by his achievement and passion. I came into the world of education and lifelong learning about 10 years ago and Tony's name came up everywhere. He has been an inspiration I hoped to meet again but it never happened. And my abiding memory - when Tony talked to us youngsters about his wife and baby. With my own family now I recognise he was so proud of you. God bless him.

I am just shock!!. I have no idea of what had happened. I am aware of it on September the 22th, almost a year later!!. I am so sorry. SO SORRY. I worked at the S.I.T.C during the summer of 1994 as a industrial placement, when Tony decided to invite me, and afterwards he offered me to become part of the SITC team, which I accepted. I lived in Edimburgh during 1995 and 1996, working at the SITC with Tony, and Martin, and Billy, and Simon, and Stuart, and Angie... and all that people.... I am shock. He offered me his friendship, his simpathy, his pacience with my poor English then... He offered me his wonderful house in Dundee, when I was a couple of times, spending unforgetable week-ends with him and his adoreable wife. Working at the SITC with Tony and living in Edinburgh is something I have never forgotten, not only for the incredibe experience that it was, but also for everything that came later since I was able to manage in English. And all this happened because Tony trusted me and offered me to go there and work with him. I know Tony did not want me to leave Edinburgh when I decided to do it,and leaving the SITC was not easy at all. He tried to persuade me, although he finally respected my decision. I pained him by leaving the SITC, an this is something I have always regreted of. Since then my live changed quite a lot. I lived in Berlin and in Belgium before came back to Spain. I became a secondary teacher, I got married and I have 2 wonderful daughters (6 years old and almost 2 years). I promise that all we will visit Edinburgh as soon as the youngest is old enough to be aware of it. With my deepest sorrow, good bye my dear friend Tony. Tu amigo español, Luis

Just had a look at the basketball pictures. Bloody funny. Bj, Robo, Ralph Jim etc. I gave my pair of the first ever jordan 1's to Bj as he was struggling to buy new shoes and I was sponsored through Murray International when I moved to them from Mienzieshill. Now I wish I kept them! A few names I cannot place as I was only 16/17 around the time that photo was taken but playing Junior and senior so trained and played point guard with these guys. Good to see them. Dave B

I just saw a post on Scotball and was pretty shocked to hear of Tony's passing. I hope this late message does not offend. My sympathies and condolonces go to the family and I am sure he will not be forgotten. I live in Australia now but through Tony's and other Basketball coaches influence I was able to rise above the daily grind of a Kirkton High School( (if you know Kirkton you will understand) bad boy and discovered Basketball. I put me on the straight and narrow in a way School could not. I have travelled the world and am now financially retired at 40 and it is directly attributable to the likes of Tony and his positive influence. You are never really able to tell people this later as life seem's to move on. Basketbal is still a very major part of my life and I am now head coach of a team in australian playing in a semi pro league and will hopefully soon be club head coach, we have 3000 players!! I carry the message I was taught at 13 to this day from Tony and the likes and will continue to try and be a positive role model to young kids trying to find a their "El Camino". I was never good at English. I hope Chris and his family get this message and wish them all the best. just a small point - Chris do you remember our trainig trips to Meinzieshill? Me, you, Gary and Ian meeting at the arcade to play the latest games then of the 22 bus up the training. I will always say I was the best at the adventure games, Gary at the shooting, games, Ian was hopeless really but I cannot remember your forte? They were great times. I still love gaming and have my windsurfing van all kitted out with plasma, PS3,dvd etc. Gotta love a gadget. Fitting in some work over the holdays and was shocked to hear of the passing of Tony.Met the larger than life character in the late nineties helping to get video clips uploaded to scots exec project. Insightful man with many stories to relay and make many cry with laughter. Also had the priviledge of working with Marlynn during her teaching parctice at St Fergus-good old days and a few drinks in the ferry. My thoughts and prayers go to the family, and deeply apologise that I have only found out now. Jim C and family
